What Bona does not publish
- Current draw. The thermal switch rating and the connector are published; the running amps are not.
- A price. No manufacturer in this category publishes one, so this page shows none.
- Any productivity figure. There is no manufacturer-published square-feet-per-hour rating for this machine, so there is nothing here to quote.
Where its own documents disagree
- Weight: the US technical data sheet says 187.5 lb (85 kg), the US manual says 89 kg, the EU manual says 85 kg. The 89 kg figure here is the US manual, because the machine in question is the US one.
- Drum speed: the data sheet prints 1,850/2,050 rpm while the US manual gives 1980–2280 rpm at 60 Hz. The data sheet appears to reprint the 50 Hz speeds.
- Bona lists 187.5 lb for both this 8-inch machine and the 10-inch Belt. Two different chassis cannot weigh the same to a tenth of a pound.
Both values are shown rather than one being chosen. Picking a side would be inventing certainty the source material does not contain.
