Estate oak · continuous plane
The floor holds the room before the chandelier does.
A dark oak plane, sanded and finished as one surface, carrying the light from the doors and the fixture. This is what a finished floor is for: to make the architecture readable.

Ecowoods installed and finished this oak so the boards run clean to the French doors. The first frame is the room as a visitor sees it. The second drops the camera to the sheen. The third is two boards and a joint — the only proof that matters.

The price is written after we measure
A senior estimator measures the subfloor and the material, and the number that comes back is fixed in writing. Stairs are quoted as their own line, because they are their own job.
